Comfy apartment, clean apartment, equipped with everything we needed including a flat-screen TV and an electric kettle, all in the most convenient location just a 5-minute walk from the main street.

I had a great experience here, first off, the staff were very nice. They actually left a nice bottle of champagne in our room, celebrating my daughter's birthday, that was a pleasant surprise! The roof terrace offered amazing views and it was perfect for evening relaxation.

The Superior Apartment was super comfy! Lots of space for our family with a nice little balcony and beautiful view of Gran Vía. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy for us with the kids. The beds were cozy, and the whole place felt really clean and well-kept. Just a heads up, though — the noise from outside could be a bit disruptive at night, so if you're sensitive to that, bring earplugs. Overall, it was a great spot to stay with the family.
